ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS
To be considered eligible,
at the time of tender opening your tender must
include the following:

Proof of registration with the National
Contracts Commission (NCC), in the category: Information technology Services/Computer and Related Services - Grade
4.
¨
Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
(TCC)
Non-compliance
with all or any of the two criteria above will result in automatic
disqualification of tender.
SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and Installation of SQL
Server to host the Great Plains Accounting
Software, complete with Software license.
AVAILABILITY OF TENDERS
Tender
documents will be available at a cost of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
in cash or manager’s cheque payable to the North East Regional Health
Authority as of Monday,
2008 June 09, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the address
cited below.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Tenders
must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Lobby of the
NERHA, Office # 9 Ocean, Village Shopping Centre, Ocho Rios, St. Ann on
or before 2:00 am Tuesday,
2008 June 24.
Tenders
will be opened on the same date, in the NERHA’s Board Room at the
address stated above at 2:15 am.
Interested Contractors or their Authorized Representatives
are invited to attend the opening.
The
North East Regional Health Authority reserves the right to accept
or reject all bids.
